Quaint dog friendly b&b. What a beautiful quaint cottage. We arrived on two motorcycles at around 9 pm on Friday evening, and the lovely Kate greeted us at the door. She had pizza dough and a choice of toppings ready for us to make our own pizza in her pizza oven! Fun and delicious! In the morning we had breakfast (I had yoghurt and fruit) followed by a full English. This set us up for a day out riding. Nice firm mattress, so a good nights sleep. Great that it was dog friendly, as we met the resident Digger, who even came into our room in the morning! Shower was easy to use and lovely and warm. Sunday we had roast lamb with a lovely homemade quince jelly. Best roast dinner in ages! Highly recommended. Great room, great food and lovely hostess. Tripadvisor Customer Review

A memorable stay Location, welcome, cottage and gardens couldn’t have been better or more peaceful. Kate is a charming and delightful hostess. Nothing was too much trouble. She had offered to cook us an evening meal beforehand, which we ate at a shared table with our fellow guests. The meal was absolutely delicious and it made for a very pleasant and sociable evening. Our room was large and airy with views on three sides and had everything we could need. The old cottage is a beautiful home and we were made to feel both at ease and welcome. charming home-from-home B&B. The owner Kate is a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome.
